About Us

Abbotts was formed in 1917 by Arthur Abbott, a local South Bucks man, in Holborn central London. The company flourished despite bombings during the Second World War and relocated to High Wycombe in 1954. His two sons, having joined the business in 1952, ensured that the business grew into the primary supplier for commercial stationery, computer supplies, furniture and office equipment in the area; a position it still holds today.

Abbotts have continued to successfully grow their business under their present MD, Tim Crabtree and now boasts over 750 customers throughout the UK with a turnover in excess of £1.5million.

We are members of the leading marketing and buying organisation, Office Club and together we account for over 7% of the stationery market in the UK surpassing some of the well known superstores and contract stationers.

Our success is simple; value for money supplies, delivered on a same day / next day basis coupled with unrivalled knowledge and attention to detail, providing effective procurement solutions to both Blue Chip and small customers alike.
